General Terms and Conditions

DESCRIPTION

These General Terms and Conditions set out the terms and conditions of use and purchase through the online shop Čebelarstvo TEKAVČIČ, which is accessible at www.cebelarstvo-tekavcic.si and is operated by Miha Tekavčič (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Provider’).

These terms and conditions apply to the entire website, all its components and subpages.
By using the website, the user accepts and agrees to all the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, including all links as integral parts thereof.
These terms and conditions are drawn up in compliance with all legal obligations and international guidelines for e-commerce, which are also represented by the Consumer Federation of Slovenia.

Summary of legislation on access to information

The tenderer undertakes to provide the following information to the buyer:

the identity of the company (name and registered office, registration number),
contact details that allow the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (phone, email),
the terms of delivery of the goods (method, place and date of delivery),
method of payment and delivery,
the time validity of the offer,
the essential characteristics of the goods (including guarantees),
all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set out and it must be shown whether they already include taxes and delivery charges,
an explanation of the complaints procedure, including full details of the contact person.

PRICES

All prices on the website are expressed in euros (EUR) and are final.
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
The contract of sale between the supplier and the buyer is concluded at the moment the supplier confirms receipt of the order by sending an e-mail to the buyer’s e-mail address.
From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are binding for both the provider and the buyer.
These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the contract.

ORDERS

You do not need to register to place an order in the online shop www.cebelarstvo-tekavcic.si.
To make a purchase, all you need to do is fill in the correct details when you place your order.

The order of goods is considered as confirmation of the purchase contract.
Once the order process has been completed, the Buyer will receive the order details to the email address provided.

In case you may have ordered goods that, for unforeseeable reasons, we are unable to dispatch within the promised delivery time, we will inform you of the new delivery time via the contact details provided.

The website provides the buyer with all the information about his/her rights and information about the provider.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

After placing an order, the customer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted.
The message contains a summary of the order and all the necessary information for the buyer on the procedure to be followed to proceed with the purchase.
The message is considered as an informative estimate.
At this step, the buyer has the possibility to cancel the order within one hour.

Notification of cancellation of an order can only be made by email to info@cebelarstvo-tekavcic.si.
The following information must be included in the email:

In the message body: order cancellation
In the body of the message:
a) the name and surname of the buyer,
b) the address of the buyer,
c) the order number

ORDER CONFIRMED

If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order will be processed further.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND RETURN OF GOODS

In the event that, upon receipt of the goods, the goods received are not to the consumer’s satisfaction or the consumer is not satisfied with the goods, the consumer shall have the right to notify the provider in writing that he or she is withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of the date on which the goods were received by the consumer at the latest.
In doing so, the consumer does not have to give reasons for his decision.
The communication shall be deemed to be timely if the delivery is made within the time limit.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order items.

The buyer may notify us of the intended return no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods by email to: info@cebelarstvo-tekavcic.si

Return of goods received at the address indicated within 14 days of receipt, without prior written notice, shall also be deemed to be a withdrawal from the purchase.

Consumers shall return the products by registered post, together with the invoice, within 30 days of the withdrawal notice to the address of the provider, Miha Tekavčič, Cesta 59c, 1312 Videm-Dobrepolje.

All costs related to the return of the products are to be paid by the Buyer.
We DO NOT accept returns for a ransom.

The Buyer must return the Products undamaged, in the same quantity and in the original undamaged packaging.
The invoice must be attached.
Although this is not compulsory, we will appreciate a reason for the return.
We will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of handling outside our terms and conditions.

If the buyer withdraws from the contract in accordance with the terms, the supplier will refund all payments made.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation notice and return of the product.
If you express your wish to receive a refund, we will refund the purchase price exclusively by transferring it to your personal bank account, which you must inform us of in writing during the refund procedure.

PAYMENT METHOD

Consumers can pay for goods ordered from www.cebelarstvo-tekavcic.si in the following ways:

By invoice: you can pay for the goods you order by invoice, which will be sent to your e-mail address at the end of the order process.
You can pay the invoice via any online bank or by paying by bank draft or post.
The shipment will be dispatched only when your payment is visible in our transaction account.
This is the same or next day, depending on the bank and the time of the transfer.
Cash on delivery: you pay cash to the postman when you collect the parcel.
Via Stripe: to the account of Miha Tekavčič.
After placing your order, the page automatically redirects you to the Stripe payment interface.
After the successful transaction, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.
The system allows you to pay quickly and securely.

Regardless of the payment method you choose, you will receive an invoice for your purchase together with the products when the parcel is delivered.

DELIVERY COSTS

All packages are sent in cooperation with DPD.
The postage fee is calculated based on buyers adress.
The postage, which is automatically added to the amount of your order and is specified separately, includes the cost of postage, redemption and packaging, as well as other administrative costs.
For orders over EUR 300 (excluding postage), delivery in Slovenia is free.
If you pay COD, you will also be charged a DPD transaction fee (<250€ fee is 1,00€ | <500€ fee is 1,60€ | <1000€ fee is 3,20€ | <2500€ fee is 5,50€).

Delivery is carried out in cooperation with DPD.
Goods are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days and are at the recipient’s address within a working day or two of dispatch during weekdays. The apor

During public holidays and weekends, the delivery period shall be extended accordingly.
During the peak season for beekeeping (March-September), the delivery period may be extended up to a maximum of 7 working days or.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user.
The provider stores the IP addresses of all visitors for an indefinite period of time, and in the case of registered members: first and last name, e-mail address, contact telephone, primary and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration and archive of communication with the provider.
The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of order fulfilment (sending informative material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication.
In no case will the user’s data be passed on to unauthorised persons.
The user is also responsible for the protection of his/her personal data by ensuring the security of his/her username and password and by using appropriate software (anti-virus) to protect his/her computer.
The provider will contact the user by means of remote communication only if the user does not expressly object to this.

COMMITMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY

The Provider shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the information published on its website is up-to-date and correct.
However, the characteristics of the items, the delivery period or the price may change so quickly that the supplier is unable to correct the information on the website.
In such a case, the supplier will inform the customer of the changes and give the customer the opportunity to withdraw from the order or to exchange the item ordered.

Although the supplier endeavours to provide accurate photographs of the items for sale, all photographs should be taken as symbolic.
Photographs do not guarantee the characteristics of an item.

The tenderer has the option to withdraw from the contract with the customer only if a manifest error is established (Art.46 CC).
An obvious defect is defined as essential characteristics of the object and any mistake which, according to the custom of the trade or the intention of the parties, is considered to be decisive and which, if the tenderer had known of it, he would not have acknowledged or concluded the contract.
This shall also include manifest errors in price.

The Provider reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and in any manner, for any reason and without prior notice.
